Job DescriptionResponsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients and more.

Principal Accountabilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports on a remote basis
• Monitors patient medications to patients and evaluates them for side effects and reactions.
• Remotely monitors vital signs, patient symptoms through telehealth equipment
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Reports abnormal findings to providers
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Nursing or relevant area.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and BLS certification required.
• Strong cardiac nursing background.

Preferred

• Masters degree in Nursing or related field.
• ACLS certification
