I may be biased because breakfast is my favorite meal, but this has to be the best way to wake up! There are so many different variations you can try. There’s pancake boards, waffles, eggs, bacon, fruit, and yogurt, french toast or you could even just mix them all together.
Taco Board
Need I say more?! This spicy idea does not need to wait for a Tuesday. Taco or fajita boards are such a yummy way to prepare any lunch or dinner. You can set it up as DIY or you can make up a whole platter of ready-to-eat, fully loaded tacos.
Veggie Board
A veggie platter is a classic when it comes to entertaining. Put a little twist on it by adding different dipping options like hummus, or a green goddess dressing. You can even make it edible art by having fun with the design of the veggies.
Spring Roll Board
Spring rolls are a Vietnamese dish traditionally consisting of fresh veggies, rice noodles, tofu or any meat of your choosing and wrapped in rice paper. They are a fresh and delicious addition to any meal. I recommend adding a peanut dipping sauce or a sweet chili sauce to the board!
