Top 10 On3 NIL Valuations in Women's NIL 100 (2024)

When On3 announced the addition of female athlete profiles, deals and NIL valuations to its industry-leading player database back in October, it was only the start of what was to come.

Over the course of the past month, more athlete profiles have been added to the database to piece together a larger picture of the top women athletes in NIL. This includes the top athletes in their respective sport, along with influential figures.

Now the Women’s NIL 100 debuts. Similar to the NIL 100, this is the first of its kind and defacto NIL ranking of the top 100 high school and college female athletes ranked by their On3 NIL Valuation.

On3 is breaking down the top 10 evaluations in the newly released Women’s NIL 100.

She’s inked deals with American Eagle, Plant Fuel, Bartleby and others. Her exclusive brand partnership with Vuori Clothing was her first. It alsoreportedlynetted her a mid-six-figure payday. Lee was the pillar of Team USA’s silver medal, too. She was named SEC Freshman of the Year this past spring and captured eight All-America honors. All of it has combined to be a stellar platform for her to profit off her NIL. She’s used it to sign notable partnerships with Amazon, Gatorade and Target, among others. Earlier this month, Lee landed possibly her most notable deal yet. The gymnast has signed with CLIF Bar, where she will work in partnership with the nonprofit Voice In Sport (VIS) Foundation, which advocates for women in sports through research, education and advocacy. As part of the agreement, CLIF Bar is committing funds to the VIS Advocacy Program to assist in establishing 20 advocacy chapters and another 20 Title IX trainings on school campuses across the country. Early on this season, both are earning serious minutes for the Canes. Hanna is averaging 4.3 points and two rebounds per game across 22 minutes. About the On3 NIL Valuation

The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the projected annual value for high school and college athletes. A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation calculates an athlete’s NIL value using dynamic data points targeting three primary categories, including performance, influence and exposure.

While the algorithm includes deal data, it does not act as a tracker of the value ofNIL dealsathletes have completed to date, nor does it set an athlete’s NIL valuation for their entire career. The On3 NIL Valuation calculates the optimized NIL opportunity for athletes relative to the overall NIL market and projects out to as long as 12 months into the future.
