@ballmatthew @RuFiOooooh Oh but they do -- the beauty of vMVPDs is you can sign up for Football or Basketball season and cancel -- much much higher churn -- no need to call Spectrum and be on hold for hours and then return equipment

@Ask_Spectrum I’m in the NBC Sports app but any time I try to watch something live I get the message ‘Authentication error: User not authenticated’. Meanwhile I can watch any non live programs on the app, and never had this problem before. I am logged in and watched stuff last wk

@cc_kinnick @erikakmeyer Yeah... that’s the worst part I think. People who are like “this isn’t that bad because I had *worse thing*” it’s awful that the lower end of this spectrum is something like this and there’s been far worse incidents happen to others. I don’t know if I’m making sense lol.

Hey @GetSpectrum, your customer service is terrible. Spent 40 minutes on the phone with you today being bounced around departments to have the call drop — and you never called back. Not a great look (especially when I was talking to your retention department).

@Ask_Spectrum So, see, here’s the thing. All I wanted to do was upgrade my existing internet service. Your web site makes it impossible. Telling me to call your 855 number is telling me to go away, because I don’t want to spend thirty minutes waiting to talk to someone again.

Just cut the cable on Spectrum. They removed one of the channels I watch from our "package" and jacked up our rates $20/month. CS rep showed zero interest in customer retention. 30+ years of paying for service doesn't count. Internet only now.@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum

@Ask_Spectrum it’s not acceptable that your service keeps not working today and I’m in Los Angeles. If you can’t provide the service you charge for at least you have to reimburse your clients. Or do you want to pay damages?
