@GetSpectrum on the phone now going on 2 hours simply trying to upgrade our internet service. My wife was on phone for 2 hours on Thursday and thought she had taken it. Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time.

@Ask_Spectrum That is a terrible policy and I don't buy what you're selling. I just paid for installation costs for another location and it was $60. Care to explain why you are consistently putting out offers that are 20-30% less than what existing customers pay?

@zeldybear @Ask_Spectrum FWIW I would get a drop everyday mid-morning and sometimes at night streaming on weekends “Spectrum is the worst!!!” Shaking my angry fist...I switched routers to a mesh system about a year ago and have only had outages when major storms knocked out power!

@Ask_Spectrum I did call in. We were on the phone for 2 hours on Thursday and 4 hours today. Are you telling me this is the best Spectrum can do and all customers should expect to be passsed around to multiple departments and spend 4 hours on the phone to get simple issues solved?

@Ask_Spectrum 20 to 30% less equates to a MUCH larger savings than a $60 installation charge. Do you seriously expect me to believe that? Your customers are not stupid, don't treat them as such.

@Melanie_leigh_S There are a few areas still having problems, but nothing in large regions. Try unplugging and replugging your Spectrum equipment to see if that brings it back up. If that doesn’t work, try @Ask_Spectrum here on Twitter or call their 833-267-6094 number. Good luck!

@YorkLisa @CharterCom @GetSpectrum I have been a Spectrum customer for internet, phone and TV for 5 years. They are the only provider available in my building. When I started, I was paying a very reasonable $115 per month. Now I am at $260 per month for basic service. Their response - nothing we can do. Hate them.

@scheriedee @CharterCom @GetSpectrum I have Roku devices, I have Spectrum for internet only now. I hate changing companies and going thru the technology drama. What internet are you using? I lost service a week last hurricane because a neighbor's tree fell on a supply box. I loathe AT&T so that is not an option.

These internet companies need de-monopolized. Gig internet here with @GetSpectrum would cost a new customer only 89.99 a month. But for me, a 5+ year customer whose bill only ever goes up, it costs 99.99 a month for half that speed. What ******** type of sense does that make?
